Berniece Hunt
Brain Health Specialist

Hi, I’m Berniece Hunt, and I help adults and seniors stay mentally sharp, boost memory, and fight cognitive decline—naturally. As the founder of Keep Your Brain Sharp, I’ve spent the last decade as a Certified Brain Health Professional and Wellness Coach, teaching simple, science-backed lifestyle strategies that support long-term brain function and healthy aging.

My journey into brain health coaching started when my husband suffered a brief but scary episode of brain trauma. That experience opened my eyes to just how much inflammation and lifestyle choices can impact our brains. It inspired me to dive deep into cognitive wellness, and today, I empower others to take back control of their brain health—without waiting for symptoms to appear.

Before this chapter of my life, I spent over 30 years in the classroom as a teacher and mentor, even earning a nomination for Teacher of the Year. Those years shaped the way I teach today—translating complex health science into simple, actionable steps anyone can follow.
